Do you take insurance?
Currently, we are an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies and plans. This means that payment for sessions is due at the time of service and is not directly processed through your insurance. However, we’re happy to provide you with a receipt, called a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. The reimbursement amount can vary, so we encourage you to check with your insurance provider if you plan to use this option.

What does "Out of Network" mean?
Being an "out-of-network" provider means that we prioritize your care and healing without the constraints imposed by insurance companies. We want our time to be spent where it matters most—with you, guiding you on your journey to wellness.

By choosing an out-of-network therapist, you gain the freedom to work with the clinician of your choice, without worrying about your insurance company dictating the number, length, or frequency of your sessions. This ensures that your treatment is customized to fit your unique needs, not the limitations set by an insurance plan.

Additionally, your privacy is protected. We believe that you should have full control over who has access to your personal information, and being out-of-network allows us to keep your treatment confidential, sharing only what you choose. In short, your therapy is a collaborative process between you and your clinician—free from external interference—allowing for a more meaningful and effective therapeutic experience.
At Navigate Wellness, the cost of an intake session ranges from $100 to $200, depending on the provider's experience and licensure. After your initial intake, we'll work together to determine the ongoing session rates that best suit your needs and is in alignment with your particular provider's background.
